Due to Locker Group's extensive experience in perforating, it is in a unique position to offer a customised perforating service.

The largest range of existing tooling plus a number of different perforating machines gives Locker Group the following capabilities to produce customised sheets:

• Hole sizes from 1.02mm to 102.7mm in diameter
• Materials from 0.35mm to 25mm thick
• Various pitches & open areas are available

Only custom sheets are available with a full border around the sheet. In addition, customised sheets can include pre-punched fixing holes for easy and fast installation on site.
